Open My orders and choose the order. You will see each step from packed to delivered.
You also get an SMS with a tracking link when the parcel leaves our warehouse.
Why does my tracking not update?
Courier scans can take up to 24 hours. If nothing changes for 2 days, write to us with your order number.
